VANCOUVER, Dec 3, 2013 - PMI Gold Corporation (TSX:PMV) (ASX:PVM) ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Allen as Joint Corporate Secretary and the resignation of Mr. Ian Hobson. Mr. Allen currently holds the position of CFO of the Company.The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Hobson for his contribution to the Company in his role as Corporate Secretary.
Ms. Marion McGrath will continue as the Joint Corporate Secretary for the Company based in Canada.
