Silver Pursuit Announces Appointment of New Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 4, 2013) - Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SPF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of two new directors to its board of directors: Sergio Trelles and Brian McClay.

Sergio Trelles is a geologist with extensive experience as a Geoscientist and directorships with Mexican companies. Mr. Trelles spent seven years as the Director of Geology for the Government of Sonora State, Mexico. He is a member of three professional geology associations: AIPG (CAN/USA); AIMMGM (MEX); and CIMMGM (MEX). Mr. Trelles graduated from the University of Sonora, Hermiosillo, Mexico with a degree in Geology and subsequently a Masters of Business Administration. From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Trelles was the Co-Director of Mineral Resources and Environment for Geological Servicio Méxicano which is the leading Mining Agency of the Federal Government of Mexico. He is currently the Chairman of the National Board of the College of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico, and was formally the President of the Association of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico AC from 2010 to 2012.

Brian A. McClay is a businessman with over 8 years' experience as a director or officer of Canadian publicly traded companies. He most recently served as the President, CEO and director of Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited. Mr. McClay has 40 years' experience in the global mining industry; his experience includes prospecting, contracting for mineral exploration, diamond drilling, open pit mining, and managing open pit and underground mining operations.

Terry R. Fields has stepped down from his position as Chairman of the board and director of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Fields for his many years of service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
