Argex names Richard Poulin Executive Vice President

MONTREAL, Dec. 10, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Argex Titanium Inc. (TSX: RGX) ("Argex" or the "Company") announced today the appointment of Mr. Richard Poulin as its new Executive Vice President. He joins Argex after his most recent role of Vice President of Strategic Projects at SNC-Lavalin Inc., a global engineering and construction firm employing more than 30,000 people with its head office in Montreal, Canada, where he has spent the last eight years. Mr. Poulin will join the team on January 6, 2014.

Mr. Poulin holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering designation from Laval University, and has been a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Quebec order of professional engineers) since 1985. He joins Argex with more than 25 years of pan-Canadian and international experience in leadership roles of successfully overseeing the planning, execution and implementation of major engineering, construction, and industrial and manufacturing projects.
