JOHANNESBURG, Dec. 10, 2013 - Wits Gold is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Patrick Randall Cooke as an independent non-executive director to the board of directors of the Company with effect from 6 December 2013.Mr Cooke is an experienced financial executive having operated as a financial director and chief financial officer to companies, some of which have been listed on various stock exchanges. He has wide experience in a range of industries, more specifically mining and mineral exploration. He presently serves as a non-executive director on the board of Atlatsa Resources Corp..
