Selwyn Confirms Effective Date for Share Consolidation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec 31, 2013) - Selwyn Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SWN) ("Selwyn" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm the effective date for the share consolidation of one (1) post-consolidation share for every one-hundred (100) pre-consolidation shares (the "Share Consolidation"), as announced on December 9, 2013.

Effective at the opening on Thursday, January 2, 2014, the shares of the Company will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
