VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Jan 2, 2014) - Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SRW) reports that theCompany has granted an aggregate of 3,950,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and various consultants of theCompany. The options are at an exercise price of $0.13 per share and valid for a period of five years from the date of the grant, subject to vesting provisions. The options are granted in accordance with the Company'sStock Option Plan approved by the shareholders on May 30, 2013. The grant of the options has been approved by the Board of Directors and is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.Solid Resources is a Canadian junior mining company focused in Spain on the exploration and development of rare and industrial metals. The Company is currently studying the re-opening of the Cehegin iron ore mine in south-eastern Spain and is applying for an exploitation permit on its Alberta-1 tantalum/tin and lithium property in north-western Spain.
