Rum Jungle Resources gains over 90% of Acceptances in Central Australian Phosphate Ltd.

Perth, Nov 18, 2013 - Rum Jungle Resources Ltd (ASX:RUM) (Rum Jungle Resources) is pleased to announce that it has received acceptances in respect of 90.347% of Central Australian Phosphate Limited's (Central Australian Phosphate) issued shares, under its offmarket takeover bid for Central Australian Phosphate (the Offer).Rum Jungle Resources intends to proceed to compulsorily acquire all of the outstanding shares in Central Australian Phosphate in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), as foreshadowed in its Bidder's Statement relating to the Offer.
The Offer is currently scheduled to close on 6 December 2013 and will not be extended.
On reaching this important milestone, the Managing Director, David Muller, commented as follows:
