Cordoba Minerals Increases Equity Financing

Cordoba Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CDB) ("Cordoba") is pleased to announce that in order to satisfy additional demand it has increased the size of its equity financing, previously announced on January 15, 2014, from up to 24,000,000 subscription receipts (each a "Subscription Receipt") to 30,000,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of C$0.50 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of C$15,000,000 (the "Equity Offering"). Cordoba has been informed by the co-lead agents, GMP Securities L.P., Dundee Securities Ltd., and BMO Capital Markets, that the books are now closed and there will be no over-allotment option on the Equity Offering.
The Equity Offering is expected to close on or about February 7, 2014 (the "Closing Date") and remains subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including, without limitation, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
