MONTREAL, Jan 29, 2014 - Orex Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OX) (the "Company") - The board of Directors wish to announce that Mr. Michael Dehn has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect.Commenting on this development, Willie McLucas, President and CEO said "Michael has resigned in order to focus his attentions on other business interests. I would like to thank him for his past input to the Goldboro project in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia and wish him well in the future with his other interests.
Work on the Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Company's flagship Goldboro project is progressing and a report is expected soon.
Take note that the General Annual Meeting of the shareholders will be held in Montreal, February 28, 2014 at the 630 Sherbrooke Street West, Union Room.
