HALIFAX, Jan. 31, 2014 /CNW/ - Zephyr Minerals Ltd. ("Zephyr" or the "Company") (TSXV: ZFR) announced today the resignation of Mr. Mark Billings from the Company's Board of Director ("Board"). Mr. Billings has resigned due to time constraints with other business interests.
Mr. Billings has served as a Director of the Company since February 2011. The Board would like to thank Mark for his extensive contribution to Zephyr and look forward to his continued support as a consultant to the Company.
