CALGARY, Feb. 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Stratabound Minerals Corp. (TSXV: SB) reports the closing of its non-brokered private placement to an insider of 4,000,000 units priced at $0.05, each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant exercisable for 5 years at $0.05. Securities issued on this private placement are subject to trading restrictions until May 29, 2014.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital and exploration on the Company's New Brunswick properties.
