VANCOUVER, Feb. 7, 2014 - Monument Mining Ltd. (TSX-V: MMY and FSE: D7Q1) ("Monument" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results from its Annual General Meeting held today in Vancouver, B.C. The meeting had a record high turnout of shareholders representing over 74% of its issued shares eligible to vote at the meeting. Shareholders at the meeting fixed the number of directors at seven and elected seven of management's nominees for directors.
