(the Company or Iconic) (TSX VENTURE:ICM) (FRANKFURT:YQG) announces that all matters at its Annual General Meeting held February 13, 2014 were approved by shareholders. The Company has today SEDAR filed an amendment to its Articles to permit the new notice and access regime recently adopted by Canadian Securities Administrators.Just prior to the AGM, Mark Billings and Michael Pound resigned as directors of the Company, and accordingly were not re-elected to the Board.
