pursuant to DTR 3.1 of the United Kingdom Listing Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules:

Dr D M Bristow, a director of the Company, sold 40 000 ordinary shares
of the Company on 20 February 2014, at a price of GBP47.16 per share.

Dr D M Bristow's shareholding in the Company is now 714 963 ordinary
shares or 0.77% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
