VANCOUVER, May 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Strikepoint Gold Inc. ("Strikepoint Gold Inc.") (TSXV: SKP) (STKXF: OTCQX) announces the appointment of Shawn Khunkhun as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Khunkhun has been a director of the Company since 2011 and has over 9 years of experience in the capital markets and mineral exploration and development sector.Mr. Khunkhun replaces Arness Cordick, who served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer since 2011.
Mr. Cordick has been appointed as Chairman of the Board.
