Granite Creek Announces $250,000 Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2014) - Granite Creek Gold Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GCX) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $250,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of a transferrable common share purchase warrant. Each full common share purchase warrant will be exercisable for one common share of the Company's capital stock for a period of eighteen months from the date of issue at an exercise price of $0.07 per share purchase warrant. The terms and completion of the private placement are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the private placement. The net proceeds from the placement will be used by the Company for operations and general working capital purposes.
