Eagle Star Minerals Announces Name and Trading Symbol Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (ACCESSWIRE - February 27, 2014) - Eagle Star Minerals Corp., (EGE.V) (PINK SHEETS: ELGSF.PK) (Frankfurt:E6R.F) ("Eagle Star" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that as of February 28th, 2014 the Company will change its name from "Eagle Star Minerals Corp." to "DuSolo Fertilizers Inc." ("DuSolo" or "the Company"). The Company believes that the name "DuSolo" (or "from the soil" in English), better reflects the nature of its business operations in Brazil. As a result, the Company's TSX Venture Exchange trading symbol will be changed from "TSX.V:EGE" to "TSX.V:DSF." The common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name and stock symbol on the TSX Venture exchange at market open on February 28th, 2014. There is no consolidation or split of common shares of the Company. Shareholder approval for the name change was obtained at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on July 6th 2012.In line with this new development, the Company is pleased to announce the launching of its new website: www.dusolo.com where investors could obtain more recently updated information about the Company and its activities.
