Hunter Bay Minerals Announces Director Resignations and Appointment of Alternate Director
London, UK / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / March 18, 2014 / Hunter Bay Minerals Plc ("Hunter Bay") (TSX-V: HBY OTCQX: HTBNF) announces that Adrian Harvey and Andrew Tunningley have resigned as members of the Board of Directors of Hunter Bay. Each of Mr. Harvey and Mr. Tunningley resigned in order to decrease Hunter Bay's Board of Directors from seven to five, which is more reflective of other junior resource issuers. In addition, Hunter Bay and Sumin Resources Limited ("Sumin") amended the terms of the cooperation agreement dated February 28, 2013 by decreasing the number of Sumin nominees from two to one provided that Hunter Bay's Board of Directors consists of less than seven members. Notwithstanding Mr. Harvey's resignation, Mr. Harvey will serve as an alternate director to Oscar Louzada.
