Durango Continues To Review Its Projects

(the "Company" or "Durango") announces that further to its news release dated March 5th, 2014, the Company is currently reviewing an opportunity in the agri-mining/health sector. At this point, no transactions are in place, nor is there any assurance that a new project will be concluded in the future.
Durango has engaged an independent consultant to provide a comprehensive review and evaluation, and to make recommendations on its current projects. In the interim, the Company continues to move forward with its resource projects.
