Copper Fox Extends Warrant Expiry Dates

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2014) - Copper Fox Metals Inc. ("Copper Fox" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CUU) announces that it has extended the expiry dates of 3,358,228 outstanding warrants as detailed below. The subject warrants were originally issued on April 8, 2013, with an original expiry date of one (1) year, in connection with a private placement of units consisting of common shares and warrants of the Company. The new expiry date provides a one year extension. These warrants continue to be exercisable at their original exercise price.
