Infinity Minerals signs a Non-Binding Letter of Intent to acquire an Energy Services Company

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, April 23, 2013 /FSC/ - Infinity Minerals Corp. (IFN - TSX Venture), announces that it has signed a Non-Binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of an Alberta based energy services company.The LOI is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement (the "Transaction") between the two parties by June 26, 2013, or on such other date as may be mutually agreed upon. The closing of the Transaction will be subject to a number of other conditions including completing due diligence to the satisfaction of Infinity Management, financing, non-compete agreements and receipt of all necessary shareholder and stock exchange approvals.

Continuing with the strategy to move the Company in the direction of energy services, Infinity also announces the resignation of Mr. William Tonelli from its Board.
