April 17, 2012 - Vancouver, B.C., Canada - International Montoro Resources Inc. (“Montoro”) (TSX-V: IMT) held its Annual General Meeting on April 12, 2013. At the meeting the shareholders re-elected Gary Musil, Roger Agyagos, Bruce E. Bried, and Brent Griffin for the upcoming year.Shareholders approved, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company’s 2013 Incentive Stock Option Plan. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of MacKay LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the ensuring year and authorized the Directors to fix their remuneration.
At the Directors Meeting following, the directors re-appointed Gary Musil as President/Chief Executive Officer and Brent Griffin as Corporate Secretary/Chief Financial Officer for the upcoming year.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the shareholders for their continued support in these difficult markets throughout the past year.
