Mirabela Nickel Limited - Bradesco Credit Agreement
PERTH, Australia, April 2, 2014 /CNW/ - On 30 December 2013, Mirabela Nickel Limited (Mirabela or the Company) (ASX: MBN) announced that Bradesco had agreed to waive various events of default under the Bradesco Credit Agreement until 31 March 2014 (Bradesco Waiver Agreement).
The Company announces that while the Bradesco Waiver Agreement has not been renewed or extended beyond 31 March 2014, it is currently in discussions with Bradesco about an amendment to the terms of the Bradesco Credit Agreement, which would include an extension of the date for repayment of the amounts owing under that agreement. No agreement has been concluded at this date and there is no guarantee an agreement will be reached, however constructive negotiations continue between the Company, Bradesco and their financial advisors.
