TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - April 4, 2014) - Uranium Participation Corporation (TSX:U) ("UPC") reports its estimated net asset value at March 31, 2014 was CAD$581.0 million or CAD$4.97 per share. As at March 31, 2014, UPC's investment portfolio consisted as follows:

The Company has agreed to purchase 850,000 pounds of U3O8 at an average cost of US$34.74. 250,000 pounds have been delivered in March and the remainder will be delivered prior to the end of June, 2014.
