(the Company or Iconic) (TSX VENTURE: ICM) (FRANKFURT: YQG) announces that the Effective Date for the consolidation of its issued share capital on a four (4) old shares for one (1) new share basis will be April 9, 2014.The trading symbol has not changed.
A Letter of Transmittal is being mailed to shareholders regarding this 4:1 consolidation.
