Mediterranean Resources Ltd. Confirms Delay in Filing Annual Information Form

VANCOUVER, April 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Mediterranean Resources Ltd. (TSX: MNR) (Frankfurt: MHM1) ("MNR" or the "Company") wishes to advise a delay in filing and mailing its Annual Information Form ("AIF").  The delay in filing the AIF is a result of insufficient funds. Mediterranean expects to file the AIF by April 30, 2014, if not before.
