BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2014) - Intrepid Mines Ltd. (ASX:IAU)(TSX:IAU) ("Intrepid", or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that following the overwhelming approval on Wednesday 9 April 2014 by Intrepid shareholders of the proposed settlement of all disputes surrounding the ownership and control of the Tujuh Bukit Project, completion has today occurred and Intrepid has received the consideration payable to it of US$80 million in cash.
