PERTH, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Centamin PLC (LSE: CEY) (TSX: CEE) ("Centamin" or "the Company") announces that Trevor Schultz will resign as an executive director and be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2014.The resignation as executive director and appointment as non-executive director coincides with the successful completion of the construction of the Stage 4 expansion and hand over to Operations of the commissioning of Stage 4.
