Vancouver, British Columbia – NV Gold Corporation (TSX-V: NVX) (the "Company" or “NVX”) announces that, further to its news release of June 4, 2013, it has issued 150,000 common shares of NVX to settle a disagreement with respect to amounts payable by it in relation to the exploration permit issued to its wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary announced on November 6, 2012.
