(the "Company") - TSX is reviewing the common shares (Symbol: RCB) of the Company (the "Common Shares") with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing pursuant to the Expedited Review Process. The Common Shares are currently halted from trading due to the imposition of a Cease Trade Order.
