Kaizen Discovery and West Cirque Resources to Hold Conference Call Tuesday, April 22, to Discuss Planned All-Share Transaction

VANCOUVER, CANADA -- (Marketwired - Apr 21, 2014) - Kaizen Discovery Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KZD) and West Cirque Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WCQ) announced today that the companies will hold a telephone conference call on Tuesday, April 22, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the transaction announced on April 16, 2014, that would see Kaizen acquire all of the common shares of West Cirque.Analysts, investors and other interested parties are invited to participate in the conference call to discuss the proposed transaction and current business initiatives with members of senior management from both companies.
