TORONTO, April 25, 2014 - DELISTING REVIEW - Red Crescent Resources Ltd. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2014-0395 dated April 16, 2014, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: RCB) of the Company (the "Common Shares") at the close of business on May 23, 2014 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
