Eastmain Resources Inc.: Reports Voting Results from Annual General Meeting
TORONTO, Apr 30, 2014 - In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, Eastmain Resources Inc. (TSX:ER) has released the voting results from its annual general meeting held Monday April 28, 2014, in Toronto, Ontario. A total of 55,014,153 common shares were voted at the meeting representing 45.8% of the issued and outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the appointment of Stern & Lovrics LLP as Auditors of the Corporation and the election of all director nominees as shown in the table below.
