SAS Provides Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and 2014 First Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

(T-SAS) (OTCQX-STADF), ("SAS" or the "Company") will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 11:00am ET, to be held at the Ontario Heritage Centre located at 8 Adelaide Street East, Toronto. The Company will release its 2014 first quarter results during that time, and invites you to participate in the upcoming conference call to discuss its first quarter financial and operating results for 2014, which will take place on Wednesday May 14, 2014 at 10:00 AM EST.
