ABM Resources NL Welcomes Mr Louis Rozman as New Director

Perth, Australia (ABN Newswire) - ABM Resources NL (ASX:ABU) ("ABM" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has added Mr Louis Rozman to the Board of Directors as a non-executive director. Mr Rozman was nominated as an interim director to ABM by Pacific Road Capital Management Pty Ltd (Pacific Road Capital) under the recently executed Share Subscription Agreement between ABM and Pacific Road Capital.Pacific Road Capital and the ABM Board are currently cooperating in a formal search process for a suitably qualified director to fill this role in the longer term, and it is expected that appointment will be made within two to three months. The intention is for Mr Rozman to step down as director once that process has been concluded.

Mr Louis Rozman holds degrees in mining engineering (University of Sydney) and mineral economics (Macquarie University) and has over 30 years' experience in mining operations, joint ventures and corporate management internationally. Mr Rozman is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), Chartered Professional (Management) AusIMM. Mr Rozman is currently Managing Partner of Pacific Road Capital, and non-executive director of ASX listed Kula Gold Ltd, Pacific Energy Limited and Carbon Energy Ltd. as well as Chairman of AusIMM's Valmin Committee. Mr Rozman is also former COO of AurionGold (and predecessor Delta Gold) and former CEO / MD of CH4 Gas Limited.
