(TSX:SGQ)(HKSE:1878) (the "Company") announced today a rescheduling of its first quarter 2014 financial results from before TSX market open to after TSX market close on May 12, 2014 and change in date for its conference call from May 12 to May 13, 2014.

Changed date and time of the conference call for various regions will be as follows:
