("Prosper Gold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PGX) announces the retirement of Ms. Susanne Bonn from her positions as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and as a Director of the Company. Prior to joining Prosper Gold, Ms. Lee was a Senior Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP in Vancouver, BC. Ms. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Alberta.
