American Vanadium Engages Torrey Hills Capital, Inc. as Investor Relations Consultant

Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / May 27th, 2014 - American Vanadium Corp.. ("American Vanadium" or the "Company") (TSX.V: AVC) (OTCQX: AVCVF) announced it has engaged Torrey Hills Capital, Inc. ("Torrey Hills") to provide investor relations services to the Company and entered into a consulting agreement (the "Agreement") for a minimum term of three months.

Pursuant to the Agreement, American Vanadium will pay Torrey Hills a monthly fee of $6,500 and grant an option to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of the Company at the exercise price of $0.60 each for a term of two years which will vest at 25,000 shares per quarter. The options are granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan.
