Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 30, 2014) - Coalspur Mines Ltd. (ASX: CPL) (TSX: CPT) ("Coalspur" or "Company") announces, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the voting results for the election of directors at its Annual General Meeting held on May 30, 2014, in Perth, Western Australia (the "Meeting"). Shareholders approved all items of business before the Meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows:
