LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired - Jun 12, 2014) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF) (TSX: APY) announces that, further to the previously announced retirement from the Board of Dr. John Whellock and Mr. Mike Atkinson with immediate effect following the Company's Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2014, the Board has agreed that Ms. Rachel Rhodes will serve as the Company's Acting Senior Independent Director and Mr. Bob Stan will serve as Acting Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Mr. Anthony Yadgaroff has also stepped down from the Nomination Committee.Following these changes, the membership of the Board committees is now as follows:
Audit Committee - Ms. Rhodes (Chair); Mr. Stan; Mr. Mike Blyth
Remuneration Committee - Mr. Stan (Acting Chair); Mr. Blyth; Ms. Rhodes
Nomination Committee - Mr. Blyth (Chair); Ms. Rhodes; Mr. Stan
