Bayfield Ventures Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, Jun 13, 2014 - Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BYV) (PINKSHEETS:BYVVF) (FRANKFURT:B4N) announces that pursuant to its stock option plan, the Company has granted incentive stock options to its various directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, exercisable for a period of two years, at a price of $0.25 per share.
