VANCOUVER, BC -- (Marketwired - June 16, 2014) - Blackheath Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BHR) (the "Company") wishes to announce that further to the Company's news release dated May 22, 2014, the Company is pleased to advise it has increased its private placement for the sale of up to 5,200,000 units to raise proceeds of up to $1,300,000.
