TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - June 18, 2014) - Sherritt International Corporation ("Sherritt") (TSX:S) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend, with respect to the second quarter of 2014, of $0.01 per common share, payable July 14, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2014. This regular dividend is an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).About Sherritt
