Lions Gate Metals Inc. to List on CSE, Delist from TSXV

VANCOUVER, Jun 19, 2014 - Lions Gate Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LGM) ("Lions Gate" or the "Company") announces that it has received approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange ("CSE"), and intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"). The Company's common shares will be delisted from the TSX-V at the close of business on June 20th, 2014, and with trading anticipated to commence on the CSE on Monday, June 23rd, 2014 under the symbol "LGM".The Company expects that the transition between the TSX-V and the CSE will be completed in a seamless manner.
