Manson Creek Announces Filing of a 43-101 Report on the Guaman Project and Start of Drilling
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2014) - Manson Creek Resources Ltd. ("Manson") (TSX VENTURE:MCK) is pleased to report that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") compliant technical report titled Geological and Geophysical Reconnaissance of the Tell Property in the Mayo Mining District, Yukon.
The independent technical report dated June 30, 2014 (revised July 17th) was prepared for Manson by Dustin Rainey, Ph.D., P. Geo. The Technical Report is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.manson.ca.
Manson has now filed closing documents for final Exchange approval of the Tell Property Transaction, as all closing conditions have now been satisfied.
The Company is also pleased to announce that, with partner Guatavita Gold Corp, it has staked an additional 132 claims, concurrently with camp construction and drill mobilization, increasing the size of the Guaman project area from 103 claims covering approximately 2,150 hectares to 235 claims, covering approximately 4,900 hectares.
Mobilization of equipment and personnel is ongoing and drilling is scheduled to commence during the week of July 21st.
