Kelowna, BC, June 26 , 2014 – MPVC Inc. (“MPVC” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV:UNO) is pleased to announce that, effective at the opening of trading on Friday, June 27, 2014, the Corporation’s common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) under the new Corporation name “Northern Uranium Corp.” (“Name Change”), the TSXV having approved the Name Change. The Corporation will continue trading under the ticker symbol “UNO”.
