Morgan Resources Corp. Announces Approval of Qualifying Transaction and Commencement of Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange
As of Friday, January 10, 2014, Morgan Resources' common shares have commenced trading on the TSXV under the symbol "MOR", and will continue to carry on the business of Bathurst Resources. "We are excited to have completed our $1.1 million financing, qualifying transaction and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange", stated Raniero Corsini, CEO.
