Xinergy Announces Change in Board of Directors
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE--(Marketwired - Aug 1, 2014) - Xinergy Ltd. (TSX:XRG), a Central Appalachian coal producer, announced today the resignation of director Justin Converse. Mr. Converse will remain a consultant to the Company.
Mr. Converse, who has served on the Board since 2012, has resigned from the Board to pursue other professional interests. "Justin has contributed substantially to our Board during his tenure, his insight into the coal markets have been extremely valuable as the Company has managed through a volatile period in the coal markets", stated Todd Q. Swanson, Chairman of the Board of Xinergy.
