Armstrong - Sunrise Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SHI) announces that it has today granted 620,000 incentive stock options to its directors, officers, and employees pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. These options will be exercisable for 5 years at a price of $0.05 per share.
