Brazil Resources Inc. Enters Into Investor Relations Agreement
VANCOUVER, Aug. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - August 14, 2014 - Brazil Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Brazil Resources") (TSX-V: BRI; OTCQX: BRIZF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an investor relations agreement with Mehran Bagherzadeh of Vancouver, BC. He will join the Company as a part-time employee responsible for the Company's day-to-day investor relations activities and will receive a cash compensation of $30,000 per annum for services rendered. The engagement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Bagherzadeh has four years of investor relations experience and ten years of chemical industry experience. He earned an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Masters degree in chemistry from the University of Montreal.
